Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains how TallTiger (“TallTiger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit, create an account, or use TallTiger’s sports-market research website and member application (the “Service”).

Depending on how you use the Service, we collect:

• Google account information: email address, display name, profile image, provider identifier, and authentication metadata supplied through Google sign-in and Supabase Auth;
• TallTiger account information: user identifier, account role, approval or access status, review history, account creation and update times, and legal-document acceptance records;
• Product activity: successful sign-ins, Today page visits, filter selections, league opens, event expansions, associated dates and times, and limited feature context;
• Technical information: session-cookie information and standard server, security, and hosting logs that may include IP address, browser or device information, request details, and error data; and
• Communications: information you provide when requesting support, access, or privacy assistance.

We receive information directly from you, automatically when you use the Service, from Google when you choose Google sign-in, and from service providers that operate authentication, database, security, and hosting infrastructure for TallTiger.

We use personal data to:

• authenticate users and maintain secure sessions;
• create, review, approve, restrict, suspend, and administer accounts;
• operate, maintain, personalize, troubleshoot, and secure the Service;
• measure account and aggregate product usage and improve features;
• record legal-document acceptance and enforce the Terms of Use;
• respond to support, legal, and privacy requests; and
• comply with law, protect rights and safety, and prevent misuse.

We may disclose personal data to:

• service providers such as Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and delivery, and Google for account authentication;
• authorized TallTiger personnel including Founders who review accounts, administer access, and view account or aggregate product activity;
• legal and safety recipients when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, protect the Service or others, investigate misuse, or enforce agreements; and
• transaction participants in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of TallTiger, subject to appropriate safeguards.

TallTiger does not currently sell personal data, use personal data for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, or disclose personal data to data brokers.

TallTiger uses necessary authentication cookies or similar session technologies to sign you in, protect sessions, and provide approved access. After acceptance, TallTiger records first-party product-usage events in its Supabase database. TallTiger does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics. We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Service, administer accounts, maintain legal and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of data and why it is used. We may retain limited records after account closure when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement.

TallTiger uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including authentication, access controls, database row-level security, and limited staff access. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data associated with your TallTiger account. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, confirm processing, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. TallTiger does not currently sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Submit a request or appeal by emailing talltigersports@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” or “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We may verify your identity before acting. If a Texas privacy appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General. TallTiger will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

The Service is intended only for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children. TallTiger does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

TallTiger and its providers may process and store information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service and legal requirements change. The revised Policy will show a new effective date. We may provide additional notice or request renewed acknowledgment when a change is material.
